Sales Manager

Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Type: Full-Time
Job Description: Leadership of a small sales team and communication with established business partners to ensure the attainment of sales goals in a given territory. Responsibility for communication with customers, monitoring of contract progressions, collaboration with manufacturing department in production scheduling. Variety of administrative tasks - daily evaluations of sales activity, providing recommendations for improvement and providing direction and advice to subordinate subordinate sales staff. 


  • High school diploma or higher education
  • 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record
  • Experience in B2B industry, preferably industrial
  • Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills
  • Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel
  • Ability to develop new and effective methods of increasing sales in a competitive environment
  • Must be well organized and have strong time management skills
  • Confidence and professionalism to interact with clients over the phone and in person
  • Ability to work with clients one on one & build strong customer relationships

Recruitment staff, in co-operation with the hiring department, review all applications received and draw up a short list of qualified candidates to be invited for an interview.


Suitable applicants will be contacted only if invited for an interview. For some positions, a technical test assesing required skills might be a part of the interview process.

Job Offer

Selection is made after the interview. Candidates interviewed will be advised of the outcome of the selection process. Succesful candidates will be offered an employment contract.
