Newly developed, enhanced version of our BRAY L machining centre. Major improvements can be seen in its geometry and rigidity – increased static and dynamic stiffness by 40%, productivity by 30% and reduced vibration during machining process. This variant allows for machining of sizeable profiles (up to 30 metres) of aluminium alloys.

HEIDENHAIN TNC 640
The machine is standardly delivered with the Heidenhain TNC 640 control system, which is specialized in the control of machining centres and provides excellent solution for machine control, comfort and simplicity of operation. Digital drives with EnDAT interface and rotary encoder measurement ensure very precise positioning with minimal positioning error. The optimized user interface of the TNC 640 gives you a fast overview with various color coding. Comes equipped with an electornic handwheel in either cable or wireless version.
SIEMENS 840D SL
SIEMENS Sinumerik 840D SL represents an advanced fully digital premium class control system. It is integrated in the powerful drive system Sinamics S120 with robust hardware architecture. This combination makes it possible to perform calculations with accuracy of 80 bit NANOFP, which eliminates rounding errors and ensures high precision of internal calculations of the entire system. Comes equipped with an electornic handwheel in either cable or wireless version.

Working tables and probes
BRAY L+ machining centre can be equipped with a variety of aluminium, steel or pertinax working tables, with vacuum and other options. Our customers can choose between a selection of workpiece, tool or laser tool probes to enhance the functionality of the machining centre.
Measurement and tool changers
The BRAY L+ machine offers both indirect and motor measurement. The available tool changers consist of options with up to 12 pieces of tools.
